Wouldn’t serve me an easter egg because he didn’t know the price, even though the price was stated above the eggs,so rude and told me to buy something else,if something isn’t for sale why put it on the shelf?,fuming

Avoid the TOILETS walker in earlier to find poo on the toilet seat. Walked out and mentioned the cleaning of the place the staff said I didn't make the mess I don't tidy it. This place should be shut down

Very poor customer service as I complemented the person serving with "Thank You Young Man" and he started to question why I was calling him young man and became enraged that I had given him a complement.

Good range of stock, shelves well managed. Didn't have to wait long to be served. Very happy with eveything.

Very rude staff! The rest of the shop is fine.

Absolutely terrible! Shocking customer service, really rude staff and stupidly high prices. Probably the worst petrol station I've even had the misfortune of visiting. I had reserved food via To Good To Go app (and paid for it) and even after showing them my receipt I was told to speak to the manager and come back the next day. So left without anything at all, even though I had paid!

Quite extraordinary. Driving from Sussex to Oxford, I felt a little tired; so called-in for a takeaway coffee and snack. The place looked clean, welcoming and well-stocked but unfortunately my coffee came out of the (self-serve) machine barely warm and decidedly sludgy. (Machine malfunction?)
I approached the counter (cup in hand) to explain what had happened (politely & apologetically) to the man on duty who instantly started yelling at me, called me a liar and a thief, demanded I leave the still-full cup on the counter (I’d offered to put it in the waste bin by the coffee machine), told me to get out and refused to sell me anything else!
Well, I can’t stand bullies. There ensued a short, public and (to me) deeply-embarrassing row.which ended with me insisting on purchasing an alternative drink whilst he continued to rant and rail at me in front of several other customers.
I think this man has to be one of the rudest and most aggressive people I’ve ever encountered, anywhere, in my 71 years on this planet. I felt decidedly shaky as I left and had to ‘take a few moments’ to compose myself before I drove away.
Now, on reflection however I think he needs help. Totally irrational, he appears to be on the verge of a breakdown, a coronary or both. (And judging by the other reviews on here, this is not an isolated incident.)

Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had dealings with such rude staff. Awful people who don’t have a care in the world for their customers. Such a shame. I won’t be attending this petrol station again.
