Strategically placed to rip off people who have forgotten to buy whatever at Asda. A local store should provide value for money, but try buying essentials, like milk, and you'll be paying through the nose. They know you stop there because you don't want to get stuck in traffic going into town and boy do they make you suffer for it. I have absolutely no idea how they can ever justify charging the prices they do. Queues are always stupid too. Absolute disgrace of a store, despite having a large range of products. Gives the Co-op a bad name. Save yourself a small fortune, go Aldi or anywhere else. For those of you who have no choice other than to use this rip off merchant, my greatest sympathies.

Que is always long. And when you get near tills you realise it’s because staff are having personal conversations with each other whilst serving. You ask for scratch cards and the request is ignored due to them being so distracted by their own conversation to care what the customer is requesting. Taking my custom to one stop. Happens to way often.

Advertised as being open all day on the day of the queen's funeral, it's quite annoying when you get there and it's actually closed. And, I broadly agree with other commentators here, SOME of the staff can be quite rude. One individual consistently has a terrible manner towards customers. However, most staff are competent in basic manners.

Welcoming, smiley staff. Easy to find what you need in the shop.

Disrespectful Staff! I'm so angry that this is my Local Shop, I have been judged for my age because I had my hair in two ponytails considering I have previously been coming to the shop and shown my ID multiple times as it is my LOCAL STORE.

At one occasion a lady refused to sell me a Redbull, I was wearing a Hivis and safety shoes also I did have my hair in half up 2 ponytails, I have been served by this lady before, She did sell me +18 products. I reassured her that she has served me before and she said she does not recognise me, the lady has not offered to ask other staff if they have served me before.

When my partner came in to buy the Redbull she has also refused him because she said he will give it to me.

This lady not only wasted my valuable time but also judged me for my age just because I was wearing two ponytails.

I AM 21

Let me also add that the staff will not pack your groceries for you 😉

Very handy shop in the heart of a big residential area, great for small quick shopping or some freshly baked goodies. Modern, clean, tidy & helpful staff.

The store at Copper Beech is really empty, lack of many essentials compared with other stores, even in Nuneaton. Invisible staff except for 1 cashier. Bad experience..
