Staff are helpful in finding items and correcting errors in cash till bills.
Till service is quick together with self service tills.
A few parking spaces outside for a quick visit.
Space is a bit cramped between aisles so it is a bit difficult with a shopping trolley. A wide wheelchair might not manage to get through the aisles.
Some of the shelves and refrigerated areas need some agility to access them but staff are always on hand to assist with a dalek.
Overall a good place for quick local shopping at reasonable prices.

Have ordered food from this place a couple of time for delivery now. Everytime they get the order wrong and send incorrect items. When I call to discuss with them they don’t care. Strongly recommend not to order delivery from these guys.

By far the worst food store I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately I live right by the store so I have to use it frequently.
Good luck finding the ingredients you need to cook this evenings dinner! Particularly vegetables- go to One Stop up the road, they actually stock veg for their customers.
Not to mention constantly having to ask to be served as none of the staff can be bothered to keep an eye on the tills.

Opens 6am it says. But actually, 6am is the time when staff starts their inventory checks and customers needs to wait outside for 10 mins.

Many prices on the shelves are wrong. Deals displayed are wrong and you don't find out until the checkout.

Popped in to get some bits this morning on my way to work, and was absolutely disgusted with how the older British male on the shop floor spoke to a young delivery driver. He was rude, insulting and obnoxious towards them, and I have seen him be like this towards customers too. The young driver was visibly unhappy with this, but I commend them for holding their temper. Not so sure I would have been able to! I have worked Retail many years in my life and know how rude customers can be towards staff, so this man should know better! Had I not been preoccupied with other things this morning, I wouldn't have hesitated to step in. The store manager apologised to the driver on his behalf, but gave the driver the poor excuse of "that's just the way he is." utterly unacceptable! I shall not be returning to this store and will discourage every friend and family member in Guildford from shopping here. Nobody deserves rudeness!

Any business that relies upon huge vehicles for deliveries should be located where it isnt necessary to drive on the pavement, block up parking bays, litter the pavement with delivery cages and liberally distribute waste cardboard and packaging around the area. This building has a car park and loading bay. Use it, not squash pedestrians.
