Good food, very nice staff but a tiny bit pricy

I can't understand how this place is run.
Went to buy 24 second class stamps, only to be told they have sold out.....at a post office ? I was then told that more would be arriving on Wednesday, a day after the last second class post before Christmas ! They seem to have a problem with restocking shelves of popular items. Always like to buy Peaky Blinders bottled beer but shelf is nearly always empty. Would you not buy in more stock as apposed to having empty shelves. Someone needs to wake up.

Called into the one stop today in ottershaw to top my smart card electricity. There was a massive queue behind me the staff called and rang the bell for a member of staff to come help, as today they have a new system so the card I gave them wasn't registering on their new system. They must have rang the bell 6 times the senior member of staff just ignored it. I've been a disappointed in the past by members of staff but recently I thought it got better until today!! As a paying member of the public they should bend over backwards !

Convenient shop to buy groceries at Ottershaw. I used postal services which is very flexible.

Frequently overcharged here, staff are useless & head office no better.

I use this store 4 to 5 times a week and the staff are helpful and polite whether using the Shop or the Post Office If you don't like the high quality service at this great little store then here is an option. Go to the other convenience store in the village and receive a dose of real customer service with attitude I THINK NOT.. ONE STOP is the place to shop if you live in OTTERSHAW.Keep up the good work.

A handy little shop with most bits and bobs you’ll need if you fall short without the ball ache of going to a supermarket.
Queues can be pretty big sometimes.

Post office. No customer service at all. Not even a smile. Trying to hold a baby and juggle parcels no help applying stamps or anything.
