A very poor shop I have contacted trading standards about this shop.

A minimum £2 spend when using card. A genuine concern with fees or want you to buy more? I understand they don’t want transaction fees to eat into their profits but I’m pretty sure the transaction fee is directly proportional to the value of sale.

Unless their card provider charges a flat rate and in that case just charge the customer the additional flat rate on top of the sale value.
Don’t ask the customer to buy more it comes across as deceitful.

Apart from the above, a good convenience store.
