i hate this shop with a passion go away RAVI!!!

Brought milk was fault before I got to the counter payed for it and saw that it had leak over my clothes and the owner still excepted me to take he wasn’t going to exchange it so I did because I had left the shop

Always friendly and decent prices
Sometimes the woman is a bit rude as always on her phone !!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic shop very clean, prices are really good tbf, Ravi treats his customers well, 👍👍

Wish I could give zero stars,
The lady at the till was lovely. She made a simple mistake (II’d asked for a more expensive bottle than she’d rung through the till) and was ready to rectify it immediately. I was obviously more than willing to pay the difference for the bottle I’d asked for. A very rude man who must have been her superior was incredibly rude, as if II’d had anything to do with the mistake(!)
He then followed me out of the shop to stare menacingly at my friend and me as we drove away.
Not only was his interference unnecessary, but watching him undermine his staff while accosting a paying customer for simply buying from the shop was beyond unprofessional. Disgrace.
How dare I have the audacity to want to pay you for your stock! How do I sleep at night?!
