Do not get your phone fixed here! I payed to get my screen replaced within a couple of days the touch screen wasn't working. I went back to complain to be told the phone man wasn't there. If I got it fixed somewhere else they would refund me if I returned the screen. I got it fixed and was told the screen they used was faulty. I went back to return the screen and get my refund as told to, to then be refused a refund as the phone stopped working after 24/48 hours so was no longer their issue. The phone was fixed only 4 days before I tried to return it. A complete turn around from what I was told earlier. Low quality screen , low quality technical skills and awful customer service!! AVOID!

Whether you want to top-up your Oyster card or purchase some other staple goods, this is the place for you.

They impose a minimum spend on card purchases which is specifically forbidden by the Visa rules. Combined with a cash machine that charges for withdrawals this is a really scummy way to make business.

Terrible shop. They don't take cards without a fee, they make you use a cash machine conveniently located next to the till to get cash out. And charge you a quid for it.

AVOID!

If you are sending pr receiving a parcel, don’t bother going to this shop. They never ship. Have tried many times and they always say printer is broken. As for the parcel I am supposed to receive they always say it was not delivered but the tracking Says otherwise. They misplace parcels. Customer service is also poor. They don’t bother to help you
