Still don't understand why in this day and age post offices keep to 6pm close, when a large portion of people work up to 6. Its also not good that they accept parcels from third part delivery compnais but offer no out of office hours collection time.. Come on even Royal Mail offer evening collections from Depot.

It's a shame the lady in this store (blonde) is so unwelcoming in the Boley Park Mccolls store. I take it she isn't happy there and doesn't want to make people feel that they want to shop there? I amazed its still there..... Very abrupt.

Staff are usually great at your store but the new lady (blonde ) is rude .
Very rude to an elderly gentleman and myself today .I'll avoid when she's in .

Please, please do something about the Manager (blonde) at Boley Park. She is rude, ignorant and will not make eye contact with customers, everything I was taught not to do when I was in the Customer Service industry! She would rather be smoking outside the store rather than be inconvenienced by customers!
Then she turns them away at the Post Office counter!
So uncouth, not the ideal candidate to work in a place like Lichfield!
This all happens on the odd occasion that the store IS open because more often than not, it's CLOSED!!!

What is wrong with some of your staff twice now I have been in and has to deal with the blonde woman who works there and she is so unhelpful ignorant,rude keeps people waiting why's she's outside smoking absolute disgrace I won't be using your shop again n

Real problem with this store isn’t the staff but the lack of effective local/national management by the owners who obviously don’t care about their overworked and undervalued staff, don’t care whether store is open or not, don’t care about us long suffering and disappearing customers. If the owners did care they would parachute someone in to sort the place out, train the staff by valuing them and giving them confidence that the store has a future, ensure it is properly staffed, installing a till system that actually works properly without being bashed and making sure that the store meets the needs of its customers - that’s what local convenience stores do. Enough weasel words from Martin’s head office - SORT THE PLACE OUT, or put us out of our misery and sell it to someone who can

Some further thought required for opening times please, I’ve tried 3 times to Post a parcel one being 10am Saturday morning and the shop is closed

Yet again no paper delivery today. They never answer the phone and when you do go in and complain the two usual men in their are rude and don't seem to even have any basic communication skills or interest in their job. I presume this might be a franchise so I don't understand how the head office let these pair get away with such pathetic and lazy management.
