Co-op Food - Farnborough Park

I live nearby and go here all the time. Always very helpful and friendly and have some great deals. Great for grabbing something quickly.

Very convenient for this largely residential estate.
Enlarged and much improved about 12 months ago, when it took over the adjacent retail outlet.
An enhanced display area, and larger storage area, with a separate entrance for the large wheeled crates.
They suffered from a spate of break-ins, and ram raids in the ATM area, which, as a result, they no longer maintain. Greater security measures have also been out in place.
A number of the staff have been there for many years, they are delightful, and give excellent service.
They stock a wide range of foodstuffs, household goods, alcoholic and soft drinks, non-prescription pharmaceuticals, and lottery scratchcards! Three manned tills, and three self service tills.
The limited parking area at the side of the store has marked spaces for about six vehicles, and additional space is available in front of the store.

This store is becoming more and more ridiculous each time I come in. I brought a bottle of wine and couldn't buy it incase I was buying it for my son... who is 7. You guys just randomly mucking around or being serious. Asked to speak to the manager but he wasn't in which is very hard to believe so I left and brought the wine in another shop without a problem.

Use everyday but some items can be a bit expensive.

Lovely staff, always easy and cheap!

Lovely shop and lovely staff. This shop and it's staff have been my mainstay throughout the pandemic. I don't quite know how I would have coped without them.

Nice, friendly staff & good deals, small car parking area
