Terrible Store, Messy- always boxes and cages left unattended and long queues for the tills. There also always seem to be more staff hiding behind the scenes than on the floor or serving at the tills (usually seen standing there through the door window!). Lost count of the amount of times I have made a trip there to use there post office service only to find that it is closed for some reason, usually due to training or poor staff management.
I have also been in on several occasions when the PDQ machines have been down and i have not been informed until I have waited in the queue and got to the till, all that was needed was a sign! common sense, customer interaction, switched on staff and signage all sadly missing here! use the Tesco Express nearby instead

I regularly use this shop after recently moving into the area. This shop has basically everything I need. Always got something available for the need. I find the staff great and friendly when being served. There are markings on the floor for the 2m rule. Sometimes there is a que to pay but being a small shop and having to distance it doesn't help the situation

Just been into the store and at least 4 man were not wearing masks, one guy stood right next to me regardless of the 2m rule. I dropped my stuff and walked out. Its because of ppl like this we are all stuck in this situation.

In store bakery not available again, the freezer is not working. The very helpful staff are being let down again by poor equipment.

Extremely rude 2 members of staff....should not be working in a customer based job....one of them called Tasha...maybe get your facts right of a situation before you storm up to people and confront them shouting your mouth off!!

It's dearer than most other shops. Fresh juice is 25p per litre dearer than Iceland. For a convenience store it is overpriced. Lack of parking is also a nuisance. The quality of stuff has also gone down..
