It does not have wheelchair access, I'm in a wheelchair and I have never been informed of or offered a ramp if one exists, I also came to pick up a parcel and was told I needed my I.D, (I had pushed all the way there over steep slopes and pot holes), I came back today with my dad, he was given my parcels and was not required to provide I.D all he had to do was give my address something I had been perfectly capable of doing myself had I not been turned away the first time.
