My friend had a parylisis tick and strangers asked if he was okay but a very rude worker or I think manager came over and said get up with no concern that he was laying on the floor not being able to move yet he threatened to call the police and made a rude comment that he “gets a lot of weirdos in the store” he gave us a very dirty look and walked over him and walked off as I was trying to talk to him. I am disgusted by his reaction and had no concern for my friend which is very disappointing.

I got on sainsburys heyford hill the worst experience by the hand of a girl manager of 20’s and the office manager. I got humiliate by them, specially the office manager laughing about me on my back, not even on my face, I will never ever apply or buy on your stores.

Very nice place to shop if you need any basic and essential items. Also a good place to collect products ordered from Argos which has come in very handy.

Solid meal deals.

Uber delivery driver failed to deliver some items, Sainsburys replaced them in a simple unbureaucratic way. Thank you!

I went to the store to grab a redbull and some crossants. I wanted to pay at the till but there was no one so i called one of the employee working on the first isle of the store. As i asked him to help me get the approval for the redbull on the self check out he refused to help me straight away. I asked him couple of time but his behaviour got more aggressive towards me. And like he said “ i know you from your work and i dont wanna serve you”. This is the level of immaturity and unprofessionalism of sainsbury’s employee. I was then served by another employee after i called the manager. I came back to the manager to ask his employee name but wow guess what the manager (carlos) was even more terrible handling the situation . He declined to give his employee name as I humbly asked him for his staff name as i wanted to give a review. And with no hesitation the manger said “ oh council man thats even easier to handle if anything happens”. This is some next level customer service at sainsbury. Oh and the colleague i asked for help even said “ come outside “ like is this how sainsburys train their employees to treat customers. All i asked is to help me get approval for the drink. No wonder why this store in magdalen street has so low reviews by the customers. Very immature and unprofessional.

It Was always the first when i arrived to Oxford from London by Oxford Bus. Really Good store near to the Bus Station. Calm and Friendly environment. Really Tasty Street Food. Great Colors. :) Have fun yall
