Son went in to get some breakfast when eating it noticed that there was mould on the bread , took it back into them and they said they don't no if its real mould or not as none of the others are like it ! How rude like as-if he has put the mould on the sandwich himself good job i never went back in there myself absolutely disgusting response from the manager ! Not acceptable

A nice little shop with a lot of things in there. Post office also in the store. Plenty of ready to eat food, bakery items and even hot pizzas. Self service tills available if you want to dash in and out. Probably the best stocked co-op I've been to in a while. Plenty of parking too.

Getting worse everytime we go in,today a member of staff spoke quite rudely to us,then you realise while you've been in there you have come across 3 other staff and not one of them had a smile on their face

Just a little suggestion for you- get off those ridiculous headsets you wear and stop talking about customers behind their back. They are used for nothing more than a little gossip. Staff are beyond rude with one of them actually thinking it’s okay to put there finger up to me so they could finish their conversation. If it’s work related then fine but it really wasn’t. Once is a mistake but it’s every time.

Don't use the post office in here. Consistently overcharge for postage, as it appears they don't understand the weight size allowances,and the only deliveries 'lost' over the last few months have been sent from here.....

Disgusting customer service in this store. Certain staff are rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. Reminder, when you choose to work as a customer service assistant, this is 'customer' focused. Speaking with respect and not discriminating is the bare minimum the job requires.

Products are difficult to find for example chocolate is not all located in the same aisle but scattered in various places around the store also aisles are very narrow making shopping in there uncomfortably when another customer is in the same aisle and wishing to pass by you.
