First and Best Shop in Bulwell Hall. New owners just as friendly as previous owners. Keep up the good work!

I paid £17 for UPS to collect a printer from my home and deliver it to Bulwell's for the customer to collect after they'd purchased on eBay. UPS delivered the package but Bulwell's rejected it as it was 'too large'.

This has led to the customer being unable to collect the item and me being out of pocket for the delivery fee.

Unacceptable.
