it used to be handy if you needed something quick but now its more a place for juvenile gossip and a youth club both inside and out, always a queue..the most recent (teenage girls) employees are bad mannered and rude..

Rude lady with no manners towards any teenager and use of bad language towards locals, not serving people properly and bases people of how they look. Makes rumours of people and is very unkind. Night staff is terrible.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE i have been shopping in this shop for 12 years spending on average 7000 pounds a year never complained however yesterday i asked for a e-cig replacement top ( about a fiver ) and i showed what i wanted to the boy at the check out but when i got home and opened the box i found out that i was given the wrong item when i went back and asked for a replacement i found out that the manager was very patronising and he refused point blank to replace the item even after i offered to pay for half of it to resolve the problem claiming that they were on a tight budget. well......keep you fiver mate i wonder what if he will have to explain why at the end of the year it will show 7000 pounds less on takings because i will never shop there AGAIN

Often use this shop, mainly for post office 99% of staff are friendly and helpful, might get occasional member of staff who may not be as well trained or new to the job but most cases very happy with the service.
