Me, my Mum, My brother and Sister don't live in Norwich anymore. But the One Stop Staff were very rude and sarcastic. When my Mum put stuff on the counter they didn't say hello or say thank you. Whenever I took my brother there, they would always upper the prices, my sister wanted a cbeebies magazine and an aero bar and they said "Sorry not enough" very sarcastically.

When I asked them how much is this chocolate, they ignored me and when my Mum asked how much the milk was, they ignored her.

When I was in Primary School this woman at the till said "Want a bag?" and I said "yes please" and she replied rudely "Can they not fit in your small handbag".

My sister is 19 and she has Autism and Epilepsy, My brother is 13 and he has Autism and ADHD and I have ADHD and Social Communication difficulties.

Good local shop with everything we need and good service staff and prices it’s Ok!
