Good stock and milks only 1 pound unlike the coop across the road thats nearly double that price

There is constantly a smell of gone off food, the fridges and freezers are always broken.
The shop rarely opens on time and one particular member of staff has zero personality or people skills and doesnt even greet customers just give a vacant stare!

Absolute appalling customer service by a few members of staff , where some are delightful. Refused to take MyHermes parcels as they were not in a brown plain box !! The member of staff stated it was new My Hermes rules and proceeded to show me a laminate sheet of new rules . I rang around other drop off points as the new packing rules seemed ridiculous and they had not been told this !! -Nor is there anything stating these new packaging regulations by My Hermes on the website.

Seems that One Stop Thrapston don’t want to have My Hermes clients in their shop dropping off parcels and then spending money on the goods they sell .

Needed milk but was closed a 9.56pm what happened to 11pm closing time🤔

Convenient I suppose but whilst I was looking at the items a staff member clearly wanted to fill the shelves. I understand but please give me 30 seconds to find what I’m looking for. I am a customer.

One stop has affordable prices and is perfect for last minute shopping- especially when you’ve forgotten something for dinner. :) customer service is always amazing especially from Scott and dale. Very pleasant and will continue to spend my hard earned money here. Keep it up

My local and I prefer it to coop. Prices are reasonable and they have what I need - don’t go for fruit and veg tho as they do not have it. But quick meals and regular meds or toiletries they do have!

oh yeah and the Ben and Jerrys is cheap and good as always 🙏
coffee is a little overpriced though, compared to the beloved ✨ co-operative care ✨ across the street.
