One Stop

Just been to pick an Amazon order and Post Office part closed ( no mention of this online ).. Shop cashier literally stands next to my parcel and says come back later although it was him doing both roles last time I was there..
Will not use them again! Crappy lazy way to treat a customer.

Don't listen to these silly people, this shop has brilliant customer service and they treat you as they should. If you don't ring ahead of time and you swear to the staff, what sort of customer service do you expect?!

Great selection of products at reasonable prices. Quick and positive response to an earlier complaint that has since been ratified.

Post office staff dont care about customers , and are really unhelpful , massively inconvenienced me twice today. Wont be going back.

I only came in for a couple of items after leaving the hospital and one of the members of staff was incredibly rude….. and by rude I mean I wanted to leave the shop crying. RUDE! I will definitely not be going there again and will be notifying anybody I know not to go there because this young woman who “served” me was not only making me wait 3-4 minute at the till despite knowing I was there and was waiting patiently but when I hesitantly asked her in the end of there was any other staff on store that could serve me she gave me MASSIVE cheek despite the fact that I was very polite and have worked in retail myself and was continuously incredibly rude during the transaction despite the fact that I was kind the entire time…. Eventually she apologised but I know it wasn’t over as she was incredibly rude to a person who came in before me who I assumed at the time was rude to her but apparently not as she was incredibly rude and aggressive towards me afterwards even though I was incredibly kind the entire time…… no need
