Popped in a few times when passing through Newbridge. Parking is a nightmare for people needing to be close to the shop. You can use the railway parking, but then you have to be willing to walk a minute or two with your purchases. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store has a good range of products.

Really like the customer service with this place, seems they like to provide a great great customer experience, can be cue's occasionally but generally a pleasure to shop there. Do look for the new app and offers they provide it's a definite discount on top of your money saved and either spend at a later date or save it to your card, two weekly discount that useful too so not loaded with discount no going to use, in brief, can recommend this shop ! Nice little shop. They only open 10 til 4 on Sundays, but they have good opening hours the rest of the week. Tad more expensive than the bigger supermarkets, but its local and central to the town.

I really enjoy a visit to the Co-op and as a long time member the offers are welcome and first class. The quality and choice is excellent as are the staff who are very, very helpful. I have developed a passion for ice-cream cones in lockdown and the Co-op never fails to have something different and delicious. 👍😃

Walked in the other day and nobody was in there other than staff. I barely walked 3 meters in to the meal deal section and turned around to go to the till and the one lady said "You have to walk all the way around.", I said "There's nobody in here and you're literally 2 meters from me..." she said "I don't care, all the way around." and with a smug look on her face watched me walk all the way around and when serving me was very smug. Won't go there again. Didn't catch her name, butch looking woman with short hair and has ate far too much over the pandemic.

I went down this morning to get a few things for my day trip to Barry Island. Shop was well stocked and it wasn't too busy. Staff member was very friendly

Good value ethical shop. Good range of products. Own brand is higher quality than most. However prices can be higher on some products.
