Truly a vile man! Tried to send a parcel here on 3 separate occasions only to be looked at like I asked if I could be the heir to Desai News. I actually am baffled a man so foul exists. I explained it’s on the Yodel website politely and it should be taken down if possible, as I walked with about 20kg worth of parcels. Have avoided leaving a review because I don’t think it’s fair but honestly with a disgusting man. Shop is falling apart, dirty and smells awful too. Take your business elsewhere!

He said it is my fault I didn’t explain that I wanted to send a parcel via Yodel. I can literally see the Yodel machine and printer - he was holding the scanner!!

The rudest man in Splott! Tried to drop a parcel here today, only to be dismissed rudely, he chooses not to accept parcels today apparently. The shop itself is in a terrible state, I would advise to never, ever visit.

do not drop your parcels here. Very rude man who argued with me about the label and did not seem to know what he was doing. Even when I read yodels instructions to him.I went there because it was closest to my work - I will never, ever use this place again. Horrible service and a very, very rude man.

Visited a few months back and many others within the area have had the same experience. DISGUSTING MAN & DISGUSTING SHOP - This place needs shutting down. Never met a “Man” Speak so foul. Asked politely to send my parcels as YODEL ADVERTISE the shop for click and collect. The man chucked my parcels off the counter and shouted at me saying no parcels. The shop absolutely stank and was so filthy. The man at the counter cannot speak fluent polite english but could speak utter disrespect. I walked out shaken up. Never will I return. Should be a -1* Rating advertised on the door warning customers.

There’s new management now, the shop is looking much better than it used to. Lots more stock and different varieties to choose from 👍🏽
