Online order. I have used this service many times due to social isolation and I have to say it is first class. I live in sheltered housing and my mobility is not good. One point to make is that if there is an item out of stock it is not substituted. Bit of an inconvenience. But today - the staff could not have been more helpful. I received my email saying my order was picked but the bread I ordered was out of stock. I telephoned the store and explained that this would leave me without bread. I fully understand why substitutes are not given as it could be not the customers liking. The lady in the store was so sympathetic and put a substitution in for me at my request. Now I can have toast for my supper! The staff are brilliant - and so caring. Thank you from a very grateful little old lady!

Great little shop in great location. Car parking can be tricky at times as small and leads into road where traffic lights are. Shop will close at random times of day for stock checking in guessing, so need to travel to Kilay for next coop. Otherwise staff are friendly.

Many members of staff in this store are very rude, always communicating via the headsets with unpleasant vocabulary. The staff also priorities the delivery system over the queueing customers. They have shelves that are usually empty with supply carts and empty boxes left laying around the store. The items are always incorrectly priced with some members of staff even scaning your items twice, doubling the bill. This is now a store I try to avoid using due to experiencing all said above on numerous occasions. I hope to see a change for this store in the near future.

Helpful staff and good convenience store with good parking.

Staff seem totally dis-interested, too busy chatting on their headpiece. Don't tend to use this store much, far better choice and more attentive staff at both Killay stores.

This store is well stocked with fresh items. It is always clean and easy to use. The staff are very efficient and friendly.

Very good store gor a quick shop. Ideal for if you need essentials but not for a whole shop.
