I messaged this company on facebook messenger regarding whether or not they have any Fanta Shokata in stock, they told me it wasn't in stock but they said they'd order it in for me, a brilliant customer service and I picked up the drinks successfully!

Bad customer service. The incident that happened should have been resolved by the supervisor who did not even call. Actions as providing staff with additional training about the customer service should be implemented immediately.

I was laughing my head off this morning reading all the stupid reviews here .This is a great shop with a very broad selection of products and thanks to the owner for trying to maintain the stock. Especially pleasant to find Lithuanian curd snacks in variety and the "Soviet" ice-cream. Best shop in town for such a thing. I will be back today.

Great experience this morning at Ania. I had a conversation with all 3 girls on the shop floor - some in my bad Polish which they were kind enough not to laugh at - and they helped me find a couple of things that I was looking for as a gift. The manager was awesome, he translated a message written in Polish for me.

Cant wait to come back again to try the cakes in the fridge. I love the Knopper Baton Orzechowy, waffles + Wedel selection. It's great to try new tastes and flavours after years of the same old stuff in local UK shops and supermarkets.

They also have an impressive range of foods and groceries from other Eastern European in stock.

Wide range of products, bread is genuine (and not like the nasty fake stuff they sell at Tesco), and the meats, salads and sweets are outstanding! Prices are also not that much higher than those of the Tesco nearby (they're sometimes even cheaper). They also have plenty of soft drinks that aren't available even in the large stores, so I definitely recommend this shop!

Love this shop, we visited Poland 2 years ago and have always had a soft spot for European food and a lot of the items available here remind us of our travels
