2 stars because it has a free cash machine outside. The shop is large but has little stock and things are over priced. You can occasionally get some reduced to clear stuff but you'd be better off popping up the road to Lidl

Good storen especially if you are in a hurry. The in built post office is great and you can get some bargains if you look at the specials on the end of the isles. Staff are helpful and you can get cash from outside at the ATM

Over priced. Not the most friendly of staff unless they know you are a local. Better off popping up the road to the small lidl. Post office is patchy but can get busy

Friendly and helpful staff. It's true that some/most items are pricier than the Lidls down the road but that's hardly surprising, and there's usually some end of day cut-price bargains to be had late each evening. Unlike the local Lidl supermarket, there's the convenience of an ATM outside too (a free one I might add), and an in-store post-office ... would definitely miss the convenience of this store if it wasn't here.

UNDER STOCKED.
What convince store runs out of bread! Shelves are always half empty. Either the manager needs a lesson on stock control or they need to make sure the staff put the stock out instead of chatting to each other.
OVERPRICED.
Not only are things 50p to £1 over price. They will try and overcharge you at the checkout and refuse to check when you point out there error. As for being over priced items are also smaller. The best example of this is in regard to milk 2 liters of it here is 1.75 where as a normal 4 pint or 2.2 litre milk is 1.10. The milk isn't even Welsh.
AVAOID
go up the road to Lidl its only 1.10 on the bus it saves you money in the long run.

Since McColl's was bought out by Morrisons, it's great to see some of the old familiar shop assistants, they're friendly and very helpful to.

It's a little store for daily and basic needs

Normally a good service from this store but tonight's staff completely messed up my Uber order by not substituting the large bottle of pepsi max I ordered and told me to reorder again costing more delivery fees
