Staff are shocking, need to learn some respect in a respectable area, and if coop doesn't teach them im sure someone will eventually. Followed and asked to look in my bags multiple times, enough is enough. Full complaint going in against the jokers this time around. Not the only one to mention the questionable staff here and wont be the last, just hope this is a minimum wage job. Need helmets just to walk around the lot of them.

Waited to go into shop with Covid Rules 1 out 1 in. And as I walked into the shop shouted at in an extremely rude tone by employee who had not seen the a person leave a second before but clearly had. Very poor approach staff in that place in my opinion need complete retraining in how to approach customers and to how to be respectful.
The shop is handy and well stocked but 50% of the staff need to be less stressed of generally have more respect for clients it is in a fairly respectable area so no need for such hostility.

Gentleman working there was quite rude generally and was not very polite to a big issue seller who had popped in to buy an icecream. She has as much right to purchase goods as anyone else regardless of postcode.

Co-op is always good. You can usually get everything you want. There will be local variations to take into account the area but they are always convenient with a good range of good quality products.

Deliveroo machines always turned off. As a disabled person this is not good. Also trying to buy electric with key is impossible. Machine never works.

Unfortunately there are some members of staff who are rude and unhelpful and let the place down. Maybe enrolment in a charm school might help them?
