This is a pretty handy, but small, convenience store I sometimes use if I’m on one of my longer walks. It seems a little out of the way for a convenience store but it’s been about for years so it clearly has its customer base. The staff have always been friendly and they’ve always had what I wanted.

The price is way too expensive and not good customer service. Some of the food HAS GONE OFF. I give it TWO stars however because of the lady that works there. She is an absolute legend. The owner is rude and he rushes you A-LOT. The state of the freezers are disgusting with bits of flies and mould surrounding the ice cream. I don't know how he has a '4' hygiene rating. It should be '0' considering the mess of the shop. Might be okay for a few newspapers, but not for food.

Prices are way too high, never clean and trollies are left in the middle of the isle. When I went yesterday, I wasn't sure if I had enough money for gum. I was in the queue but a man shouted at me to come to his till (not in a nice way) so i asked him how much the gun was, he screamed £2 and just straight up threw the gum behind his till. Literally just kicked me out and I don't understand why.
