APPAULING BEHAVIOUR FROM THE STAFF!!
AND NO COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE!!

I've purchased from this store quite a few times. Most times I leave feeling really disappointed and angry. The staff here need a lesson in manners and customer service. I've had enough. The girl with blonde hair and black drawn on eyebrows has such a negative attitude and the most passive aggressive behaviour I have ever experienced from a till operator.
I can handle people being in a foul mood; but when they snatch items out of my hand to scan (like a child having a tantrum), give me funny looks for saying thank you, or even completely ignore me after I make my purchase and have said thank you; I'm most often left wondering why I even bother spending my money here and why I'm not making a complaint. Also, mopping the floor without a visible wet floor sign in sight is extremely irresponsible and to then be treated with such attitude when making my purchase is unacceptable!
Tried to ask what the complaint process is, but she told me that this premises doesn't have a complaints procedure.

I'll be making every effort from now on to not make any purchases from here and will be raising a complaint through a third party instead.

Always such friendly and helpful staff whenever I visit this store. Brilliant customer service and always has everything I need from a convenience store. Exceeded my expectations, I will be using this store frequently.
