SPAR Cefn Glas

Every time I go to Cefn Glas Spar Post Office they do not give the service that is required of a Post Office.
All I wanted to do was change a note for some coin and was told that unless I buy something the shop they could not help me.
Firstly why should I buy something I dont want so I can just get change and secondly that is what a Post Office is for. If you go later in the evening they huff and puff as if you are putting them out asking them to weigh a parcel for you even though the Post Office is open until 10pm.
The people who work there are rude and no please or thank you most of the time. It does not cost anything to have manners.
I now have to find an alternative Post Office to sort out my business as i certainly WILL NOT be going there again. EXTREMELY RUDE.

Post Office feature is convenient when you have someone who can actually work it, or someone who can be bothered to serve you. Would only recommend if you desperately need to use, otherwise, use laleston or town centre. Spar shop itself is okay but prices vary considerably depending on what they feel like charging. One minute it will be price marked for £1, but then scan at £2.25 so you have to do the counting for them as they don't point out the error. Half the staff are miserable there whereas the other staff are decent, shame you can pick and choose which one you'll get. Basically just avoid the store and post office unless you really need to go, there are better alternatives for the bryntirion/Cefn glas area.
