Newly opened store on the end of Pembroke main street. The store has a good variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and pastries every day. Staff are very friendly, always smiling and keen to help. Very easily accessible, there is a car park at the rear of the store and also parking available on the surrounding streets.

Good size, reasonable amount of products. One way system in operation, counter service or self-serve checkouts to use. Parking at the rear, or alternatively on street.

I don’t think the cash machine has ever been cleaned have to try to avoid touching the crud that is caked onto it. Pretty rank!

Just a short drop in visit to our local Coop, and I was so pleased I did. Great choice of products, but the prices do seem to be at a premium. Still, I love the ethos behind Coop, and they do make a difference to farmers both here and abroad.

Had a small problem with the tills as I broke two of them, but the staff are lovely and helpful! Some places, like WiseBuys on Main Street, could benefit from CoOp's staff training.
Thank you lovely people who helped me at the till.

Clean shop friendly staff. Small shop good for bits and pieces I would not be able to do a large food shop there.

Worst co op I’ve ever been in. Self-checkouts don’t work, if you have multiple offers it cancels out and charges you way more and doesn’t know when you’ve put your shopping on the scales so can’t even pay. So you ask for assistance but there’s no staff anywhere to help so might as well just go and wait in the mile long queue to get served.

Mask wearing not being enforced. Staff stacking shelves not allowing space for customers to be safely distanced.
