Awful. Rude staff. Messed up my hermes order they fraudently signed for my parcel under my name absolutely usleless when I went to collect my parcel they refused to hand it to me now I'm going through my bank to make a claim for my goods they wouldn't give me. Bunch scammers plus the shop is vile now full of trolleys of out of date food and tack

Not the best of places to get served when Sam's on the counter he just goes outside on his phone when you are waiting to be served he's a very rude man totally different from his brother Jay who always serves with a smile

Terrible service. Man was appallingly rude. Refused to fully look for my parcel. Was passive agressive. I asked him not to call me sweetheart and he continued to do so. There was no need for it- I was just looking for help. Whole place smelled like cigarettes. Appalling.

I went to collect 4 parcel delivered by Hermes on Wednesday at 4.23pm after collecting 2 parcels at 12pm on Wednesday that were delivered on Tuesday. I was told that the delivery hadn't been today. I pointed out they were delivered yesterday I.e Wednesday. The guy refused to check and he was very patronising. Customer service is lacking.

Very rude sales staff, tried to post a UPS parcel however I cannot post a parcel bigger than a shoebox? Previously dropped off a ups parcel to be shipped, came back two days later to see if parcel had gone as my ups app hadn’t updated, parcel sat at the back of store still. If you’re thinking about posting anything with this store I wouldn’t bother, go to your next closest access point!

Served this morning by a very helpful lady while sending a parcel, store looked clean and tidy.

So extremely rude said to me he hasn't got time to check hermes parcels he's the owner of the shop shouting at me down the phone telling me to never order my parcel there again
All I asked him to do was to check if it was there for me as I'm coming all the way from cwmbran to risca

Once I've collected my parcels I'll never ever be visiting this shop again

I am appalled by the behaviour of staff with rude and suggestive remarks, This isn't a welcoming place to shop, on the other hand it offers a quick stop off for some and has recently been refurbished to a more modern style, Although i wouldn't suggest coming here, it is ok if you are just looking to collect the odd thing...
