The girls working today were really lovely! It was extremely busy and they still took the time to give me a lovely greeting/smile and were super friendly. It was extremely busy in Bluewater and the customer service was still excellent

Visiting the store i saved money. Online the heart shaped is more expensive, it should be the opposite.
Also luck of creativity. I asked for a catalogue of design for the big coockies and i was told there is not. Disappointed really... i ended up having a simple writing on top of the coockie. Next time will not do it. I will probably buy a nice cake

Went there this morning. The lady seemed not bothered at all and had no interest in serving. Had to repeat my order 3 times. The mini cookies were awful. I know there is 2 millie's in this shopping centre and i have double checked the map and it was this store that gave me the awful customer service.

Open visit in the store I was offered a beverage or a cookie and I purchased two milkshakes and six cookies which me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed

Absolutely shocking people work here. I went today and was choosing something the old lady was barking “can I help you” I said I wasn’t ready. So she went to back and told the other staff as loudly as she could how rude I was. Then no one came so I said I’m ready now.. this is where it gets bizzare. A young lady came and I asked her why the lady was doing that.. she said because I’m rude. I said so me saying I’m not ready is rude? She said if u continue being rude I won’t serve u... she then had a sour face on and said I’m not serving u lol.. like what ?? Keep ur cookies

Excellent service. Particularly from Mandy who was incredibly kind. Welcoming me and asking me how my shopping was going. Real credit to SSP, she said she had only been there for a month.

I spent too much money shopping in Bluewater. I knew my partner would kill me. He did say to get him some cookies so I thought I would do one better

I spoke to a very kind lady at the counter about my predicament, and despite the bizarre request, we had a great laugh and she put the order in and told me to come back in 90 minutes.

Came back to a beautiful cookie cake.

Partner was happy. Mission accomplished.

I have already ordered from the Victoria Branch with such poor food handling.. So I decided to use the voucher on another double-layered cookie for Christmas. However, I did not go back to the Victoria branch (due to the lack of hygiene standards and did not want the same dissapointment), so I had ordered a cookie via in-store at the Bluewater Branch.

I have literally just walked in the door, and the first thing I done was open the box to cut a slice of cookie for me and my family. Long and behold, the ENTIRE cookie is covered in HUMAN HAIRS & BLUE FLUFF next to one of the hairs.. (as seen in attached pictures). I feel literally sick, as this is the SECOND time in 3months that I have recieved such an unhygienic cookie.

This is absolutely appalling. I agreed that the first time, could of been a one off, and the manager of the Victoria branch ensured me that staff are trained correctly, but for this to happen a second time and from a completely different store??? Something is clearly happening, and staff are clearly not trained in food safety, hygiene, and handling.

Training NEEDS to happen across all branches. And you need to ensure that all staff are wearing hair nets. As a chef, food safety and hygiene is top priority across all our stores. So this is disgusting that I have had to endure this not once, but twice now.
