Had a giant cookie delivered it was destroyed took it to the store and they verry kindly made another one at no extra charge verry polite and verry helpfull

Myself, my partner, my 2 year old twins and 6 month old baby visited the store in the Grafton Centre today and unfortunately had the worst customer service I think we've ever received. We approached the unmanned till to place our order. The person who was supposed to serve us was out in the kitchen area. They turned around and saw us waiting however continued on to finish what they were doing before coming our to serve us. When they emerged they simply stood behind the counter and waited for us to order. No "Hello" or smile at all. We ordered two milkshakes and two cookies. The only word so far is "Huh?" When they didn't hear our order. They begrudgingly dragged their feet over to make the milkshakes at a snails place and forgot the cookies which we asked for again. At this point I was holding the baby who was getting restless. They then tried to put our order through the till which wasn't working. They prodded and poked it a few times before turning around and walking out the back. Still didn't say anything to us. They emerged with who I can only assume was their supervisor who again, didn't look at us, didn't greet us, just started poking at the till. By this point the twins are also getting restless so we give them their cookies and I'm having to dance around with the baby who is getting upset and needs feeding. They both stand at the till prodding away without once communicating what the issue is for a further ~10 minutes before eventually getting it working for the supervisor to simply read out our total. No please. No thank you. We paid and left with our now melted milkshakes and 3 annoyed children. No goodbye, smile or "sorry for the delay." I really hope someone can give them some more training so others don't have such a poor experience.

I had a wonderful experience recently when purchasing a Giant cookie for my daughters birthday. Thank you Phoebe and Chaitanya for your excellent customer service and for kindly agreeing to change the colour of the icing at such short notice. It was really appreciated. I will continue to keep on buying your cookies for every special occasion my family celebrates.

We were ordering cookies and the guy serving is cleaning something with a glove and a cloth of some kind, he threw the cloth and proceeded to give us a cookie using his dirty gloves. Unsanitary practice when I told him what he did he said he hasn’t finished cleaning and said it’s okay. The nerve. We requested another one without him using the gloves. He removed his gloves and got the serving utensils and got another one. Imagine if I didn’t see what he did. We then did a battle stare while he gets the new cookie. Please be mindful of what you do and practice sanitary requirements as youare dealing with food

Absolutely poor! You shut the shutters whenever you want to and whilst my little girl was standing in the queue you close yet your open till 5 30!?!? I come town a lot and the amount of times that shutter is down is embarrassing! Sort it out and get more polite staff! The blonde girl is very very rude!

Absolutely disgusting attitude the man had towards my children no manners at all . Also his hygiene was horrible wiping his nose on his hands then touching food

Clearly needs to be trained in food hygiene and customer services
