Worst service. I was waiting for 15 minutes for 2 cookies. I asked receipts, lady gave only card payment receipt. Useless peoples working, don't even know what's customer service.

Collected my first "too good to go" bag and are very impressed with the amount of cookies I received in my box. I saw a sign of a delicious salted caramel latte with cream and sauce for £3.09 so I treated myself

Having placed several orders via Deliveroo, I will not be ordering from here again. Every single order has items missing, the latest order was for 12 cupcakes and 24 cookies for the team; they forgot to pack the cookies which was over half the total order. It’s all very well and simple obtaining a refund from Deliveroo, but very frustrating and extremely poor service.

Our personalised, double layer, giant cookie was epic and my daughter absolutely loved it for her birthday. Tasted amazing too!
