Millies Cookies

Visited for the first time in years last week, still just as yummy and a cute little store as I remembered. Delighted to see a jaffa cake cookie on the menu, choco orange is my all time favourite.

The man that served me was very nice, I had some queries on the cup sizing and how the dough shakes worked which he was happy to answer for me and show me the cups so I could pick the right one. I chose a jaffa dough shake and it was to die for, you wouldn't think 1 cookie blended would give that much favour once blended with milk and ice cream but it absolutely did and was really really good.

Forgot how much I love millie's and will definitely be going back again for more!

A guy that works there (he wears glasses) is always so rude. I’ve been going Millie’s for years and dread going because I know he will have a face on and a bad attitude towards me. The poor customer service always leaves me with a negative experience. I love the cookies too much to stop going there but would like to talk to a manager or probably just not be served by him again. He needs to work on people skills and maybe get some training in good customer service - ASAP!

The cookies are soooo delightfully mouth watering. A lovely treat. Friendly service with informative friendly staff.

Millie's is a lovely place to pick out a treat for yourself. With a selection of cookies to choose from, to the ice creams variety.
Customer service is also a staple of Millie's cookies. Ash, one of Mille's staff, is a ray of sunshine, and will lighten up your day with a chat or two.

Guy with the glasses is always so rude. I dread interacting with him as he is so aggressive - im contemplating not going back - not even for cupcakes. Not worth it to have to deal with this man.

Great tasting cookies but expensive for what they are and compared to the size and price of other cookies elsewhere in the town centre. I bought a giant lotus biscoff cookie elswehere for £1.20 and was delicious. I was disappointed when I asked for a normal white chocolate cookie that was half the size, and she asked me for £1.49. Sorry but I wont be going there again if the prices are not £1 or less for their size, and tastes like an average cookie. Id rather buy a packet of Marylands tbh.
