We have done a couple of courses with Graham. Both were excellent, with fabulous Pizza for lunch. My wife and I had a great day and came away with so much stuff, loafs of bread etc. I Would highly recommend this to you if you would like to learn about bread making from an expert. Graham is your man.

Went on Graham's short bread making course yesterday. ~OMG, it was AMAZING! It was worth it just for the lunch alone. A very knowledgeable man. I came home with four loves of bread that my children didn't believe that I made. I was very impressed with the whole day. It all ran so smoothly. Currently saving to go on another course. Planning to gift courses to my family for Christmas as well. Can't recommend enough.

I’ve completed a number of Graham’s courses from the initial bread course through to croissants and cookies, all have been a great learning and testing experience. GrahamS knowledge and expertise is shared throughout the courses. The refreshments and cookies on arrival are a great welcome, and the pizza making and eating were a favourite for me.

I can't recommend Graham's classes enough!
HE'S BRILLIANT - not only is he an extremely knowledgeable and experienced baker, he's also hilarious and caters for all skill levels!
The classes were SO much fun, and I came home with heaps of yummy products that I was really proud of (and surprised I made!)

I have attended several Courses at Graham’s Bakery School. His teaching is Professional and friendly. Cannot think of a better gift for someone who is interested in Bread Making whatever your age.

Had a great time on all the courses I’ve been on - and brought loads of baking home each time!! Make sure you do the full bread making course first as it then let’s you progress to other more complex courses
