I returned a Wimbledon Electronic Mill I purchased for my daughter last year a it had become faulty.
I received back a letter of apology and a new replacement mill.
I call that excellent customer relations and appreciate their input.

Bought a Zyliss control paring knife from DKB via Lakeland. Handle shattered. Sent it back & DKB replaced it immediately. Excellent service, however if Lakeland kept stocks of Zyliss knives it wouldn't have cost me £2.90 to send it back to Farnborough !! Strange business practice Lakeland !! Get it sorted
