Pure Quartz

Well what a fantastic job the team at Pure Quartz have done on my quartz countertops .I spoke to Lee a week ago he is so helpful friendly and approachable. The qoute I received was so much cheaper than anywhere else I had gone . The team that fitted it were professional conscientious and nothing was too much trouble i am so hapoy with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending this company excellent service from start to finish 10 out of ten on all aspects .Very happy indeed .

Pure Quartz did a great job. High quality workmanship at a very competitive price. They went above and beyond to minimise / eliminate any joins, find the best configuration for our kitchen, and ensure a professional fit. Very short lead time to start the job, and a very quick turnaround from templating to fitting. Lukasz, who was responsible for the job from beginning to end, was great. I would highly recommend Pure Quartz.

I’m so so disappointed with this company. I have been let down five times over the last five weeks. I have been told every week that my job would be done, so many promises and no communication. I’ve had to chase and chase and clearly my off-cut downstairs loo job was not valued.

Today. Being the fifth time and being promised faithfully (after they failed on Sunday for the fourth time), I was told they didn’t have enough material to carry out my job. This is something they should have known when I first visited and chose the off cut some six weeks ago. What a waste of time and effort. I’ve had no sink in my loo waiting for the work to be done.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience from a company and I would recommend that you think carefully about putting any time and energy into working with them. I also see that one of the reviews is from an employee too! Not entirely ethical.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Manager Lee cancelled my order the last minute , breaking all my project timelines. After i asked couple of questions on the process of installation, he was extremely rude and aggressive - told me he cancelled my order because he had no time for my questions.
In addition, the team damaged our furniture when taking the measurements.
Avoid working with this company!!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Excellent value and attention to detail. The only company which doesn't take a deposit and the customer only pays when the worktops have been installed. Fast service from order, templating and installing in 1 week! Lee and his team fully looked after our needs and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Will be sure to use you again and recommend to family & friends.

Great experience, great price and a very high quality finish, couldn't ask for more. Lee was great with the correspondence and Greg the fitter knew exactly what we needed, window sills, corner shape, drainage grooves etc. Thanks very much guys.
