Best rental agency we have ever had! Sorry we had to move away, as we bought a place.
But GMS is wonderful, considerate, fair and has amazing flats that are well maintained.
We staid with them for years in more than one place.

I have been renting my flat in London with GMS for more than 7 years. After years of dealing with grumpy and unprofessional landlords, it was a relief to finally engage with friendly, helpful, pro-active professionals. GMS takes very good care of their properties and whenever I had issues with my washing machine or other appliances in the flat, they were very quickly addressed. I could not be happier regarding how my flat is managed by GMS.

We rented two different flats from GMS over our 4 years in London. I can only say, our experience with GMS as landlords and living in their flats was seamless. GMS are very responsive, helpful and personal as landlords, something that is rare to find in London. The GMS flats are of high quality and condition and very well maintained, so you can expect to find yourself in a beautiful but also well functioning home - also a rare find in London. I have and continue to recommends GMS to friends who move to London because of our amazing experience with them as landlords!

Never been with a landlord for this long, coming on 10 years…. which in itself speaks volume about GMS’s friendliness, professionalism, reliability and flexibility.
Sharon is the best, being both personable and resilient; she is always ready to listen and understand, and probably one of the main reasons I am still a tenant. Omar is always in a good mood; you can hear the smile in his voice when he answers the phone. Sian & Sophie are so very patient, quick to answer texts and emails and address issues.
