It's impossible to speak to anyone when urgent issues arise....payment department is rubbish! I'm being threatened with having my policy cancelled for the sake £6.30 which I was told in an email was - £6.30 a refund. Do these people who work there know what they are doing? I think they need a some good training and they need to open up the phone lines to customers. I will not be using this company again! And certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

Great place to work and learn. No pretentiousness, just hard working people with the customer at the heart of everything they do. A supportive company with lots of social activities and events.

A grand company that is embracing digital. Well, it says it is. Would have been more than two stars, but I didn't get the job and the feedback bore no resemblance to the interview I had here.

When I came in for the interview the receptionist made that vital good first impression by asking me for my criminal record. He was reading off something telling him to ask for the proof of ID required for criminal record checks and obviously hadn't done it before.

In the real world, Aviva's digital performance remains amateurish, it doesn't measure up to this costly nod toward digital. The company big in general insurance I used to work for is still battering it. However, I am sure the 'digital garage' is helping a few Aviva execs feel like they're on top of things.

Downgraded to one star because Aviva is SO digital it can't be arsed to respond to these reviews.

It is a first class car insurance company. I am really quite happy with it. But it seems they have restructured their contact system of late. It seems call takers system is more outsourced and call takers are not up to the standard. They just seem to follow certain online procedures and get confused. They do not know what to do when keeping your policy and just want to add a car. However, in spite of this it is still a good company.
