I was hungry. Food can always taste better when you're hungry.

Awful treatment of staff. Firing them after getting them to clear out the store, all whilst the staff are told their jobs are safe. Only to then receive an email after, stating that they are no longer employed. Terrible way to treat such loyal staff, in such an uncertain, sad time.

Poor health and Safety standard of the building. Very stinky

Visited the KFC at Grantham, wishing I hadn't. Now, looking at the Companies reviews, I see it's not unusual quality to customers is questioned. When the Franchisers, the Company have begin to check the quality being given, in their name, perhaps an improvement will follow.

Left hand doesn’t know what right hand doing! Joke of a company! Carrying well known brand names as a franchisee!
