I went on a move, mediate, create workshop with creative escapes team a while ago on a Sunday. As a busy working mum, it is unheard of for me to take that time for myself. Having the space to breathe, stretch and reflect on mantra in the wonderful creative activity was just such a treat. I went into work on Monday feeling as if my mind had had a spring clean!
