I recently visited the centre and I am very impressed by the service provided by staff. In particular, I’ve been served by Dave a couple of times, and he is an excellent member of your team and he has made the experience very quick and easy. Definitely would recommend everyone to book their inspections here, as there is barely a wait time and get it done quickly and effortlessly!

Passed the test last few years with same tints and camera at same centre snd today they decided its illegal and failed me.

Old man shouldn't be on the reception there, you can't ask him nothing, is rude with everybody, nobody sees all this bad reviews about him ? Put him to work inside so nobody will speak with him, This is by far the worst customer service based entity in the whole of the united kingdom, the staff are rude and obnoxious and use there tiny amount of authority to try and control the hard working PHV drivers who come to licence their cars , we are paying there wages to be spoken to and treated like dirt they have scraped from the bottom of their shoes. They are terrible at their job and treat the customers like we are there slaves, the main problem is the elderly man who is the rudest human being on the face of the planet . Drivers are scared to do or say anything that may jeopardise there vehicles passing there test. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE IF ONLY WE HAD ANOTHER CHOICE!!!

Old man on the reception with a gaotee for sure hates his job. He didnt even let me speak like he is the judge of Royal court. Keep interupting me while i was trying to explain. Very very rude. He refused to give me his name. Instead he said his num is 68. I have no idea what is that suppose to mean. Will recommend to go elsewhere then to be insulted and ignored at this centre.
