I don't where on earth to begin. I guess let's start from the beginning, I was scheduled for an interview, I walked into the office and was asked what position I applied for, to my horror I was handed a maths paper, and taken over to a table to complete it. Let me tell you, this was NOT explained within the interview invitation email I received, I thought let me go ahead and take this test. Throughout the test and all around me there were loud conversations happening among the staff, absolutely ridiculous! After completing this test, I stood, took my papers and went to hand it to the recruiter who invited me to attend the interview, to my horror I was abruptly stoped and scolded by the manager, who rudely ordered me to go back and sit down, 'are we back at school'?! I kindly explained that I had to leave, in response to this, the manager took my papers back to the table, and said '' well if your in a hurry you can go' in a sarcastic tone, I then politely asked how will I be contacted with the results, again in very condescending tone she replied "yeah yeah someone will" , and I left. I am absolutely appalled, please don't waste your time or energetic going to this place, save yourself the headache. If I could give zero stars I would.

Came in with basic experience, but APL managed to get me a job as a check in agent. The staff there are very helpful and have always gone out of their way to help me. I would definitely recommend APL to al prospective job seekers

Never recomend to go there unprofessional rude staff no humanities no value of timing of other people . I send my CV they called me for interview , I gave written exam then they said you are not eligible for this job .... Disappoionted

In less than a year, I got a golden opportunity to work in 2 good companies with promotion and good salary being part of Aviation Personnel Limited (APL). Although I started working as a temporary employee, I was treated like a permanent employee as they provided me with the fixed shift and the management treated me like other permanent employees. My journey with this company is a big milestone in my career in the UK and ultimately, I got a permanent contract because of them. I am very thankful to APL and its whole team members. Aviation personnel is the worst agency ever. They never listen my query,always ask my name and D.O.B and told me to wait for a call my colleague will call you right back. From last 3months i am listening that same wording and nobody call me yet.
