We rented this venue for a hack day out of the office, nice ambient decent coffee on this very trendy area of the city.
If you want to celebrate a party or any other event this is an OK place in my humble opinion.

Submitted an order on the 3rd of December for Christmas and it's now the 18th, they send me a confirmation on the 4th that my order will take from 3 to 4 days. I emailed them and their reply was they are only a search engine so I need to contact the store, so zero customer service. I'm left without a Christmas present for my family member. And money out of pocket.

Terrible company!!!! I ordered and paid for an item on 26/12/2019. I've had no confirmation of order and no response to help centre requests. Keep getting a message saying a link has been sent to my email to log in!!! No it hasent 🤬 I dont even want the order now! But want my money back this company has taken money from my account (which I will be reporting as this is theft by deception) NEVER USE THEM !

DO NOT USE! - They sell items that small retailers stock throughout the UK. These retailers also have the right to sell their items (and rightly so) to customers entering their stores. If your online purchase happens to be one of these items, you won't receive it. What you will receive is 10 working days without the money you paid up front for the item you didn't receive (see attached screen shots if you like the prospect of dealing with this company). Also, Lyst have NO UK telephone number, the following is a direct quote from an email from them 'I'm afraid, we do not offer telephone support at this time'. Take this as a lesson paid for by someone else.

UPDATE:

On the response you see below to my initial review Victoria stated 'I look forward to speaking with you shortly' - The response I got from her via email stated 'I'm afraid we do not offer telephone support at this time, however I am happy to help via email'.

Unless my command of the English Language has different meaning than everyone else, speaking to means talking, not emailing. This problem still hasn't been resolved and they expect me to keep emailing them to resolve.

Not only do they take your money, they make inaccurate and misleading statements on their review response here (wait for the response below).

They claim they have issued a refund but still have not seen it on my statement.

My advice still remains, DO NOT USE.
