Came here to collect pallets at 6pm. Was told via intercom at the gates that the forklift driver wouldn’t load me in the dark (even though the yard is well lit by plenty of lights!) so then asked the lady on the intercom to let me in to turn around and she told me I’d have to reverse back onto THE MAIN ROAD (which is illegal!) and once I’d informed her it was illegal and to pass me onto management, i was swiftly let in to turn around and leave! Don’t expect a lot of intelligence from people here, just another factory run by robots that look like people!
