South West Water Limited

Tried endless times to register online, it just says my ‘details don’t match’, but they’re the details I’ve given and been given by SWW! And in 2022, what company doesn’t have an email address to contact them when phone lines are constantly on hold?!

Worst tasting water in the country, after complaint many times and taking your recommendations of fitting non return valves to the water supply still experiencing strong chorine taste in the water, you are obviously putting too many chemicals in the water supply and we are not the only house in the street experiencing these problems.

Over priced water so they can have bigger wages than you , rip off , never mind the poor on minimum wage they just wont be able to wash there clothes or bodys , but thats ok as long as the share holders have billions , and your TV ad is full of lies .

Raised my ddm without prior notice or discussion with myself. And for what fly tipping sewage into the seas and rivers hoping no one would notice, whilst charging customers for treating it.
Anyone else would be done for fraud and fly tipping.

Please stop dumping sewerage on Exmouth beach and estuary. I don't pay you sewerage charges for you to dump it in the sea. It's disgusting.

Disgusted with the waste this company is pouring into our sea’s. Yesterday was an average rain fall not an extreme case!

It is now 20 weeks since I reported a major leak from a manhole cover alleged to belong to BT in Comford near Lanner. Pn the A394 It has flowed continuously since that time and the only thing ANYONE has done about it is put a temporary keep left sign up. AND yet SWW are saying the reservoirs are not full. How CRASS and DANGEROUS that this has been left. WHO IS going to do something about it?????. I suspect the ambulance service when they deal with an accident!

Well South West Water have just cut off the water supply to our entire industrial estate (about 30 separate businesses) because the previous owner of the estate who's been gone for ten years didn't pay a bill. Now 30 businesses cannot trade because they have no water for washing, cleaning and toilets! No notice given, just cut off the water supply and removed the meters. What an appalling company!!
