I purchased a Hyundai HYM510SPE lawnmower form Hyundai Power Products on 26th March, and delivered quickly in 2 days.
It arrived boxed and all i had to do was attach the handles, connect 2 cables and add the engine oil (supplied with mower). Took 10 mins, the battery for the Electric Start needed charging for 4-5 hours and then all was ready to mow.

I have a large garden over .75 acre of grass ( 5% on a 45 deg slope) so needed a robust mower which was easy to use. My previous mower was a Toro which lasted 11 years but is now just useable. After extensive research and visits to suppliers I decided on this Hyundai. It is robustly constructed and easy operate with 4 speeds and 6 height adjustments by a single lever. Also 4 cuttings methods - side or rear discharge, rear bag collection or mulch. Mulch is my favourite and a must have. The 190cc engine has the power and torque needed.

After using it twice I can honestly say I am very pleased with the way it cuts/mulches the grass, and how simple it is to operate and walk behind. As with any large, heavy mower turning can be a bit of an issue at first, but it soon became easier when i started pivoting it on the 2 larger rear wheels.

Earlier days, but I am very pleased with this mower - and it has a 3 year guarantee.

This lawnmower has been very disappointing. I thought that Hyundai made good cars and that one might rely on them for a lawnmower. Not so. I would now question their ability to make good cars. Certainly I would not expect their electric vehicles to have much of a range based on that of this device. For 80 V it is poor , only just about making it round my average front and smallish rear lawn. The rear lawn shows the machine’s problems - there are some slopes and obstacles and it is very difficult to manipulate it around them. The self propel function goes too fast to steer round obstacles. It is liable to crash into things. It is heavy and difficult to haul back up a slope. . It might be ok for a simple square or rectangular lawn but only if you are satisfied by a rough final appearance. A minimum height of three centimetres is not good enough. If the grass is beyond about three inches it cannot cope with the lowest cutting height. It stalls. The owner’s manual did not fully apply to the self propelled model, not describing how in assembly it was necessary to remove a large plastic obstruction . The advice to refer to a video on YouTube was absurd showing some random man in his back garden, fast forwarding through crucial assembly instructions and then finally saying it all applied to the non self propelled model . Not recommended, in fact I feel cheated by Hitachi

Can't seem to find replacement parts for their own product. Allowed a lawnmower to leave their production line with no brackets to keep axle/wheels secure. And then told me to contact Amazon instead.

Genpower’s reseller took my money on the promise of immediate delivery in mid August. Failed to deliver and promised mid September. Failed to deliver and promised November. I contacted Roland Llewelyn the CEO and as a punishment had my order out back to mid Jan 2023.

I’ll get my money back but will never by anything Hyundai or from Genpower again. I hate being lied to - even if it’s bad news, just man up and tell the truth.

If I could give a zero star I would. Purchased a Hyundai generator, not cheap at 5000 pounds. Rusted after 3 to 4 months. Genpower representatives have committed to replacing panels. That was in May 2022. I am still waiting. No one answers my emails. Now we need to have the generator serviced no one will touch it. They say they won't service Hyundai generators as they are rubbish. Once again tried to call GENPOWER today. All lines are busy I had to leave a message. GENPOWER are really not a supplier I would recommend. They don't respond, product is rubbish or GENPOWER are rubbish as a company maintaining them I can't work out which. As a final straw I wrote to their CEO on the subject, unsurprising after nearly 2 months I have had no response. Good luck if you are considering using these guys.

Terrible company sent me a an old stock generator produced from 2016 and not the new model I purchased. Since then have had very difficult conversations with them as they assured me I had the right one but only when they received images and serial numbers did they finally accept the error . Promised a collection on a set day but they never collected . Would never recomend this company to anyone . Awful service . After the offer as stated in the response I emailed them and guess what no response.

After experiencing issues with a chipper I purchased I spoke with the technical dept and was not really getting anywhere. The case was passed to Muhammad and I have to say that I was impressed with the professionalism and the issue was quickly resolved and after visiting the shop I was also impressed by the staff that helped me chose an upgraded machine. The new chipper looks a lot better and more robust.
