Townley House Dental Practice

Had my regular appointment with Jacqui yesterday. She has been a constant in a practice which has seen many changes of staff recently. She always makes you feel at ease and has remained professional during the pandemic. I know that I’m in safe hands when I’m in her chair

I cannot praise Jackie the Townley House Hygienist highly enough, as an extremely nervous patient she not only cleans my teeth beautifully but completely puts me at ease. I’ve been a patient of Jackie’s for over 20 years and wouldn’t consider going to anybody else. Now living in Melbourne I still return for a twice yearly clean.

This is a wonderful dental practice with incredibly understanding staff . I highly recommend it. I have had a couple of emergencies and they always find a way to fit me in . I can’t praise them enough.

This dental practice is a very efficiently run practice. Regular check ups are notified by letter with an invite to book an appointment. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and Dr Hayward, my dentist, is highly competent with a very reassuring manner. Trips to this practice are not an ordeal.

The best dental surgery on Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. Mr Hayward is such a fantastic dentist, always makes you feel at ease, never pushes you to have work done unless necessary and explains everything fully. Jackie the hygienist is brilliant too. Such a friendly practice all round.

Townley House has been an excellent dental practice for the more than 20 years which I've used it. They've been very responsive in the odd case of urgent work being required and have always been ready to explain options for remedial work as my teeth have aged. I'm really happy with the way they've looked after me and my teeth!
