I have completed my Invisalign journey at Smile Stories and couldn’t have had a better experience! I am so impressed with the results, and I feel a lot more confident as a result of this. My dentist, Gareth, was lovely and always made the appointments enjoyable and the rest of the staff are also so nice and friendly and always make sure you are happy with your appointments etc.
As someone who has always been slightly nervous for dentist appointments I couldn’t recommend them more, as soon as you walk in the door they will ensure that you have a lovely experience.

I cannot praise Smile Stories enough! Every member of the team are so friendly, supportive and really make you feel like part of the family.
I was never confident in my smile, I was especially conscious of my wonky teeth and would avoid photographs at all costs. I also had bad anxiety at the best of times, but particularly when it came to the dentist!
Smile Stories aren’t like any dentist I have visited, they keep you in the loop every step of your journey and their welcoming nature put me completely at ease.
I went down the Invisalign route with Smile Stories, it was so easy to use and the results are incredible! I am so happy to say I am completely in love with me new smile!
I would 100% recommend Smile Stories to everyone, as soon as you have your first chat with any one of their team you will never look back!

What can I say, I'm beyond impressed with the quality of service Smile Stories have given throughout the whole of my Invisalign journey. I started in January and finished in September. Gareth and the team were friendly, helpful and great at managing my expectations. For someone who's normally anxious about going to the dentist, I no longer have any fears because the team are so patient and attentive. I'm so happy and confident with my new smile and honestly, I wish I went sooner!

5 star service, friendly and accommodating from start to finish.

Zac and Tash were amazing throughout my appointments/treatments providing me the best outcome possible. Not only did I have four teeth bonded they even managed to re-shape the front of gum which was lower on one side, something a previous dentist said couldn’t be done.

I was made a new retainer and when it didn’t fit properly they were super quick in sorting the issue !! The very same day. What more could you ask for.

Greatly appreciate the time and effort spent on my teeth. They are such lovely people and all have such a passion for their career.

I have been going to this dentist for years - including prior to it becoming Smile Stories. Jayne the hygienist is so lovely and always puts me at ease as teeth cleaning makes me very nervous.

I then decided to have my teeth straightened and Zak did this for me. I’m so happy with the end result. Makes me feel so much more confident to have nice, white straight teeth. Thank you Zak.

The dentist surgery has now changed to Smile Stories and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You are met by friendly happy reception staff as soon as you arrive.

I started my journey with Smile Stories earlier this year. Everyone at Smile Stories have been great from the start. The receptionists are so polite and helpful. The team have completely changed me from dreading the dentist to enjoying my visit every time. Harry has done an absolutely amazing job with my teeth and I couldn't be happier with the result - dentist of the year I reckon! Also not forgetting Harriet, who has also done a fantastic job in looking after the hygiene of my teeth and making sure they are looking pristine and healthy. I could not recommend Smile Stories enough. Thank you :)

I rarely leave reviews but after the brilliant experience I have had with Smile Stories I felt I had to. Zak and his team have been great from the start of my smile story to today. I have always considered myself confident but after receiving treatment to improve my teeth I know that I never really smiled openly and that has given me even more confidence in everything I do. I've never felt compelled to have work done that wasn't necessary and have felt every penny I've spent has been 110% worth it.
