Y Bont Faen Dental Centre

I've been with Jess and Kristy in the practise for a number of years and they are both, nothing short of fantastic. They are always very welcoming, happy and pleasant be around, even if you're in a bit of pain with what they are doing to your teeth. I couldn't ask for anyone kinder, more considerate and incredibly flexible to my needs for my invisalign treatment. Both are truly wonderful people and are assets to the practise, with a wealth of experience and knowledge, even down to the smallest of details. They both really do a wonderful job. Thank you for helping get my smile back!

I have been visiting the Y Bont Faen Dental practice for a while now and have had a number of treatments done by both Lara and Nathan including a root canal, numerous fillings and some composite bonding, the work they have done to my teeth has been life changing. I cannot speak highly enough of their work and the practice, they instantly put me at ease and really helped me get over my fear of the dentist (after some awful experiences elsewhere). They are both incredibly knowledgeable and talented professionals. I do a 5 hour round journey to visit them and it’s well worth it, I won’t be going anywhere else for the foreseeable. Thank you so much to Lara, Nathan and the rest of the lovely team at Y Bont Faen for making me smile again!

After spending just over 60 years trying to avoid photographs due to being embarrassed about my teeth, Lara has used her amazing talent to create a lovely set of teeth using composite bonding and capping two milk teeth that had started to deteriorate. It was an emotional moment for me after so many years seeing the transformation. I finally have the teeth I'm proud of showing in photographs. Lara and her friendly team put me at ease throughout and Lara talked me through the whole procedure reassuring me constantly during the treatment. I can't thank Lara and her team highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing experience at Y Bont Faen Dental Centre! First time I can say that honestly about a trip to the dentists! I've just completed my invisalign journey with Nathan to straighten my teeth and I couldn't be any happier with the results.
Everything was well explained, I was always at ease and for the 1st time in forever I won't be hiding my smile in photos!! Thankyou to all of you at the centre.

Due to the pandemic and issues prior I hadn't managed to see a dentist in about 6 years. So naturally I was very apprehensive before my appointment. Lara and the team were so welcoming and the check up was very thorough! I needed to have a filling and seeing as I hadn't had any dental treatment for a while, I was quite nervous. Lara made me feel so comfortable during the procedure, despite my nerves. She had so much patience and before I knew it the treatment was done! I couldn't recommend enough!

Could not recommend Nathan highly enough, I had already been for an invisalign consultation elsewhere beforehand but was nearly put off because I didn't have the best experience. I then reached out to Nathan who was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful and I'm so glad I did! He's dramatically improved my teeth within a very strict timescale as I wanted to see some improvement in time for my wedding and the difference is amazing. I've had so many compliments on my new smile and it's given me more confidence too. If you're thinking of having invisalign then please do it and 100% go to Y Bont Faen - all the staff are so lovely and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I do get anxious and lost my confidence after tooth loss. Jess and the team were so lovely.

I’ve been to other practices before both NHS and private and didn’t get anywhere I didn’t have options and each visit I was just paying more and more £ just for scans that were not needed and never told what they were for.

From day one going to Jess, I was given my options, costs and the whole treatment process. I felt confident in knowing everything before having the procedure done.

All the receptionists and team are lovely and everyone makes you feel comfortable. They also answer any questions you may have for reassurance.

I can now smile with confidence thanks to Jess and the team and will continue to use this dentist from now on.

I honestly couldn't recommend Y Bont Faen Dental enough. I have gone from being absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and crying my way through appointments (sorry Nathan!) to having my teeth transformed by invisalign. I couldn't ever picture having nice teeth but I LOVE them now! Thank you Nathan, Lara and the whole team for putting me at ease and finally making going to the dentist not so scary!
