Really good dentist, modern facilities, very friendly and helpful, highly recommend

Had my first check up at Lodge Dental New Inn this morning. Very friendly receptionist. Relaxed waiting area which didn't feel clinical at all. The dentist was very friendly and listened to my concerns before starting the check up. Overall great experience and I have signed up to a dental plan with the practice. Definitely recommend.

I am a very new client at Lodge Dental, New Inn, so far I have visited twice. On both of my visits the team there have been great, total professionals with excellent advice, support and treatment. Would totally recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental services 😊

I haven't been seen by a dentist in years as i get too nervous but finally took the plunge and they have been so helpful, friendly and informative. Nothing is too much trouble and i really felt at ease for the first time in my life. Been seen twice in the last week and booked in again for work in 2 weeks time!

I'll start off by saying I have a severe phobia of the dentist, however when I had pain that was too much to bear I had no choice but to find a dentist.

I called Lodge at New Inn and spoke to Mia, I explained my situation and that I was terrified of dentists and she was incredible, put me at ease and explained everything to me and even booked me an appointment for the very next day.

My appointment was with Stephen who was incredibly understanding, we discussed my phobia beforehand and when it came time to be examined, the examination was carried out at my pace. There was no rushing or pressure, he just took the time that I needed and did the examination as gently as possible. There was no judgement, Stephen just explained my options and and what he had found.

I've since had to go back for further treatment, and each time Mia has remembered who I am and clearly recognises my terror! As such she always makes conversation and puts me at ease.

I'm not just saying this, but genuinely the fear of the dentist is subsiding with each visit, I'd highly recommend signing up if you're looking for a dentist. It's easily the best dental practice I've ever been to.

Very good and thorough service, highly recommended. As a disabled client, I can't express how nice it was to have the whole team be not only understanding of my situation, but also anticipate my needs before I needed to ask. This is rare but appreciated!

Always been terrified of going to the dentist, from the moment I walked in I felt at ease. Such a calm atmosphere. Everyone is so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Lodge Dental enough, AMAZING!!!!
